Professional Firefighter Representative
Amber Lage is the deputy chief of Emergency Medical Services for the Minneapolis Fire Department, where she has proudly served for over twenty one years. Throughout her career, she has held the ranks of firefighter, fire motor operator, captain, staff captain and deputy chief. Amber is also a member of Minnesota Task Force One Urban Search and Rescue Team. She is a nationally registered paramedic, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. Ms. Lage has been appointed to represent full-time firefighters. Term expires January 2024.
