Salary Range: $25.42 to $37.70 per hour; $53,077 to $78,718 per year

Work Locations:Positions may occur at Minnesota Correctional Facilities located in Faribault, Lino Lakes (Twin Cities Suburbs-North), Moose Lake/Willow River, Oak Park Heights, Red Wing, Rush City, St. Cloud, Shakopee, Stillwater, and Togo.
Job Duties: Provide advanced behavioral health services, requiring independent clinical licensure, in one or more program areas: chemical dependency treatment, mental health services, mental health release and reintegration services, and/or sex offender treatment
While maintaining ongoing security within a correctional facility, independently make diagnostic assessments; develop individual treatment plans; provide direct behavioral health evaluation and treatment to offenders with complex and/or treatment-resistant issues; provide crisis intervention; provide referrals for continuing care; and maintain knowledge of trends and therapeutic approaches to co-occurring disorders and integrated behavioral health services delivery. Provide clinical supervision to other behavioral health professionals; develop and provide advanced training to other behavioral health staff; serve on interdisciplinary committees and work groups; serve as Mental Health release and reintegration specialists; and oversee applied evaluation projects as assigned.
Current Minnesota licensure as an independent clinical mental health professional (e.g. LICSW, LP, LPC, LPCC, LMFT). NOTE: Applicants with current licensure as an LPC must have satisfied the requirements to provide clinical licensure as an LPC must have satisfied the requirements to provide clinical supervision to others in order to be considered. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated expertise in mental health, chemical dependency, and/or sex offender evaluation and treatment.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to provide clinical supervision to other behavioral health staff.

Skills in verbal and written communication, including proficient documentation skills.
Interpersonal/human relations skills.
Basic personal computer skills.
Ability to independently formulate and implement an individualized treatment plan; provide behavioral health treatment and clinical supervision; and develop a continuing care plan.
Ability to teach a psycho-educational course; effectively function within a multidisciplinary team; exercise sound judgment; demonstrate appropriate professional boundaries; and temporarily manage daily program operations.
