MCF - Togo

MCF-Togo would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our Internship Program!

As an Intern at MCF-Togo you will have the opportunity to work with both male and female juvenile residents as well as adult female offenders. No experience in technical skills or wilderness travel is required. We offer both male and female college residents a well-rounded experience in the following fields:

  1. Residential Programming
  2. Juvenile Chemical Dependency Programming
  3. Therapeutic Adventure Programming
  4. Adult Female Offender Chemical Dependency Programming

MCF-Togo provides the following to all interns:

  • Room and Board
  • Meals
  • A dynamic and challenging learning experience
  • Hands-on experience

Internship Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning
  • Must be for credit/ licensure or certification.
  • An application, to include resume of education and employment
  • Valid drivers license
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Advisor Approved
  • Two references
  • Background Criminal Check
  • Physical, Mantoux, and Drug Test (At interns expense)

Facility Visit

A visit to the facility prior to the internship is required. All successful applicants must submit to a criminal background check.

Rewarding

All four internships provide the resident with excellent hands on learning experience. MCF-Togo has an outstanding reputation in the field of corrections. Many of our former interns are working in various corrections fields including institutional and field services.

Evaluation

You will receive a written evaluation upon completion of your internship.
