Topics: End HIV MN-- Hear about the journey of a formerly incarcerated woman living with HIV and no leading Minnesota's statewide plan to end the HIV epidemic. A discussion will follow on why it is important that directly impacted people are part of changing the systems that affect their lives and how to support transitions clients in getting connected and involved with these issues.
