Minnesota Health Care Programs text messaging program

Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) is offering one-way text messages for people enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, the Minnesota Family Planning Program, and Medicare Savings Programs.

MHCP will not ask for personal information and your participation in the text messaging program is voluntary. Choosing not to participate will not impact your MHCP eligibility.

An initial opt-out text message will be sent to people who provided a valid cell phone number on their application for health care coverage. You may reply STOP to the initial message to opt out of receiving any additional messages pertaining to MHCP eligibility.
