Tarka (trandolapril/ verapamil)
Twynsta  (telmisartan/amlodipine)


Patient to have tried without receiving benefit at least two of the preferred combination products unless the patient has a contraindication to amlodipine.

If the patient has a contraindication or intolerance to amlodipine, and has failed on single agent antihypertensive therapy, then requests for Lexxel, or Tarka may be approved.
