Providers need to develop a distribution plan that details how they will use rate adjustment funds for employee compensation-related increases. The plan must:
The plan must include information for employees who believe they did not receive the compensation-related increase and include the mailing address and e-mail address of the commissioner's representative.
Providers that have employees represented by an exclusive bargaining unit must obtain a letter of accepting the distribution plan signed by the exclusive bargaining agent. The letter must be provided to the commission upon request.
