DHS is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to complete the Tool for Measurement of Assertive Community Treatment (TMACT) fidelity evaluations on Minnesota Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams.

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Division, is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to complete the Tool for Measurement of Assertive Community Treatment (TMACT) fidelity evaluations on Minnesota Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. The State continually seeks primary and secondary evaluators to complete TMACT fidelity evaluations.

Minnesota adopted the use of the Tool for Measurement of Assertive Community Treatment (TMACT) in 2015 as a fidelity measure of Minnesota Assertive Community Treatment Teams. Since then, DHS has been completing the fidelity evaluations both in-house and through the use of consultants. Training has been and continues to be provided on the provision of the TMACT from the creators of the TMACT and DHS representative(s).

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for the completion of TMACT evaluations from October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021, with the option of extensions through June 30, 2024.
