Your application for a Child Care Stabilization Financial Hardship Grant has been submitted

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your Financial Hardship Grant application from the Department of Human Services (DHS) within one hour after submission. The confirmation email is the only official notice that your Financial Hardship Grant application was received by DHS, this webpage does not guarantee that your Financial Hardship Grant application was received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or SPAM folder. If you still do not find the confirmation email, contact Child Care Aware of MN (CCA) at 651-290-9704 or by email at supportfunds@childcareawaremn.org to confirm your Financial Hardship Grant application was successfully received. Providers must reach out to CCA within one week of the date they submitted their Financial Hardship Grant application to inquire about their confirmation email if they have not received one.
