You will receive an email confirming receipt of your Base Grant application from the Department of Human Services (DHS) within one hour of submission. This webpage is not a guarantee that your Base Grant Application was received.
The confirmation email, with the subject line: "Confirmation: Application Received for the Child Care Base Grant..." is the only official notice that your Base Grant application was received by the department. The confirmation email will contain an attached copy of your application.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or SPAM folder. If you still do not find the confirmation email, contact Child Care Aware of MN (CCA) at 651-290-9704 or by email at supportfunds@childcareawaremn.org to confirm your Base Grant application was successfully received. Providers must reach out to CCA within one week of the date they submitted their Base Grant application to ask about their confirmation email.
