Sponsor the Minnesota Odyssey Conference


2019 Sponsor/Exhibitor Conference registration - now closed

This two-day conference is one of the largest state conferences addressing the challenges and opportunities of older adults and persons with disabilities. During the conference, sponsors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and information, and promote your services, new initiatives and products with over 1,300 attendees. 

As a sponsor, you, your company or organization may choose the type of sponsorship that fits your budget and interests. Each sponsorship level provides different hosting opportunities and benefits, and includes the sponsor general exhibitor package.

Individuals or groups with questions about being a sponsor should email the Odyssey coordinator. All information about sponsors is captured through the conference registration website.

Sponsorship Levels

Each package provides different hosting opportunities and benefits, and includes the sponsor general exhibitor package. Additional items not included in your exhibit package must be ordered through DECC services ordering. Free WiFi will be available to all.

*Sponsor General Exhibitor package includes:

  1. Carpet for entire exhibit booth space
  2. 7” x 44” banner with company name
  3. Company name and website address in conference program
  4. Color copy of conference program
  5. Free wireless internet (WiFi)
  6. *NEW* Short sentence in the conference program about why attendees should visit your booth 
  7. One box lunch for booth attendant on second day
  8. An option to purchase additional lunches for booth attendants on both days
    • First day – may purchase sit-down lunches with conference attendees on first day
    • Second day – may purchase additional box lunches on second day
Booth Set-up 
Exhibitors may set up on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 4-7:30 pm and on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 6-10:00 am. 

The Exhibit Hall formally opens on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 10:30 am. It is important that you have your booth set up and ready for attendees at this time.

Booth removal 
Exhibitors are asked to remain set up through the hours of the exhibit hall. Removing/breaking down may occur after 2:45 pm on Thursday, August 1, 2019
