Call for sessions information
All session proposals are to be submitted online by midnight central time, March 4, 2019. Submissions must include all required components. The full details of the Call for Sessions are below and available to download (PDF).
We recommend you gather information and draft certain sections before starting your electronic submission as your proposal will not be accepted with incomplete fields. You will not be able to save this information prior to submitting. A copy of your submission will be provided with your email confirmation.
- An organization or individual may submit more than one session proposal.
- Sales of products or services are prohibited in all sessions regardless of format. All sales are limited to the exhibit area by paid exhibitors. For more information on being an exhibitor see mn.gov/odyssey/exhibit.
How to submit your session
- Review the call for session required components and have all of your information ready before starting the form,
- Complete the Odyssey Call for Sessions Submission Form, and submit your completed form by no later than midnight on Monday, March 4, 2019
