Odyssey registration is closed!

Pre-registration ended July 14 at 4 p.m. After July 14, persons interested in attending must register on-site. On-site registration will open at 10:30 a.m. on July 31. All payments are collected through the online registration website. Online payment options include credit card, check, or purchase order.

Registration types

The cost of registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions, materials, events and the Exhibit Hall
  • Morning and afternoon breaks, breakfasts and luncheons provided during conference hours
  • Networking opportunities and more!


The cost of registration does not include hotel and travel costs. Learn about lodging options for 2019 including hotel block rooms rates.

Registration Scholarships

Odyssey offers a limited number of scholarships to cover registration costs. Registration scholarships are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and are reviewed for need, and requester’s identified benefit of attending and eligibility.

Past recipients and persons with organizations that have received a scholarship for this or a past conference are not eligible. Selected scholarship recipients will be notified via email and are responsible for travel and lodging.

Some past scholarship recipients include:

  • Caregivers and volunteers who work with people who are aging or have a disability
  • New professionals (one year or less) in aging or disability services who are not presenting and their organization is unable to pay the cost of their registration
  • People who are over age 65 or have a disability and receive publicly-funded services
  • Post-high school students whose major area of study is related to aging or disabilities services
Scholarship applications closed June 7, 2019. People receiving scholarships were notified in mid-June by email
