My name is Pam Hughes and I have been employed with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) for more than 12 years. I have had the opportunity to work in different positions within Human Resources, including benefits administration, job classification determination, and partnering with our hiring supervisors and managers to find qualified applicants for our vacancies.
I am very knowledgeable of the program areas and positions within DHS, and I would be happy to explain our work to you.
