The Minnesota WorkForce Center - International Falls works in collaboration with key partners to make sure that area job seekers find employment and training and area businesses find the skilled workers they need.

The Minnesota WorkForce Center -International Falls is a partnership that brings together state, county and non-profit agencies in one location to provide comprehensive job seeker and business services.
The following partners are located at the International Falls WorkForce Center:
AEOA is a Community Action Program for the northeast Minnesota counties of St. Louis, Lake, and Cook, with some programs extending to the four neighboring counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Itasca and Koochiching.
Currently, AEOA employs more than 350 full- and part-time staff and utilizes more than a thousand volunteers divided among five major departments: Arrowhead Transit, Head Start, Housing, Employment and Training, and Senior Services.
The Northeast Minnesota Office of Job Training offers several services designed to help businesses of all sizes hire and retain employees. It is a regional unit of government established under a joint powers agreement among the seven counties of Northeast Minnesota.
