Mark Schultz's bio

Mark Schultz is a regional analyst with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). He previously worked as an offender specialist at the Winona Workforce Center and as a corrections officer, and specializes in labor market information for ex-offenders. Mark has a master's degree in sociology, with an emphasis on criminology and inequality, from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
