Thomas Nechodomu

Instructional Designer

Thomas D. Nechodomu, M.A., is an instructional designer in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. student in the Human Resource Development program. He has been an instructional designer for nearly two decades and specializes in the application of adult learning theory, sound pedagogy, and educational technology to the design of learning environments. His research interests include design-based research in Human Resource Development, universal instructional design, critical pedagogy, and intimate partner violence in the LGBTQ community.
