Nathan Moracco

Nathan Moracco serves as an enterprise leader in technology, driving innovations that enhance DCT outcomes for patients. In this role, Nathan leads modernization efforts across the full spectrum of technology needs, supporting everyone from health care providers to facilities and operations teams.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning the private sector and state government, Nathan has guided major health care policy and technology initiatives including the Affordability Act, HITECH, and CURES. Nathan has served as Assistant Commissioner overseeing the state Medicaid program, led Minnesota’s employee health and welfare programs, and contributed to several boards focused on health quality, patient safety, and state-led policy development.
