Vaccine Eligibility Window
First and second dose received by April 11, 2022

  • All Minnesotans 5-11 years old who have completed their COVID-19 vaccine series at any time in 2021 can enter to win a $100,000 Minnesota College Scholarship!
  • On April 15, the State of Minnesota will hold five drawings of $100,000 for five students to attend any public or private non-profit educational institution in the state of Minnesota.

Minnesota’s Kids Deserve a Shot! vaccination program has ended and we are no longer accepting submissions after 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022. For questions about your scholarship submission or this program, call the MDH COVID-19 Public Hotline at (833) 431-2053 Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

$200 Visa Gift Card (Registration Closed)

Minnesota’s Kids Deserve a Shot! vaccination program has ended and we are no longer accepting submissions after 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2022. If you have previously requested a reward, we are processing your request and will be in contact shortly. The registration form will stop accepting requests for $200 Visa gift cards at 11:59 p.m. on February 28. Gift card requests will be fulfilled beginning on March 1, 2022 and throughout the month of March 2022. Visa gift cards may also incur or be subject to delays.

The Kids Deserve a Shot $200 Visa Gift cards are delayed due to a nationwide plastics shortage. Participants can expect to receive the cards by January 28. We apologize for this inconvenience and encourage you to visit this page for future updates.
