A resource for those affected by damage

The Minnesota Department of Commerce’s Consumer Services Center (CSC) is here to help answer insurance claim questions or to file a complaint. CSC staff work to resolve disputes between consumers and the insurance industry informally. The CSC can be reached at (651)-539-1600 or (800) 657-3602. In addition, one can file a complaint online with the Department or email the Department at consumer.protection@state.mn.us.
