The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dps.mn.gov\/divisions\/bca\/bca-divisions\/professional-services\/expungements\">Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension<\/a><\/span> automatically expunged approximately 57,000 cannabis-related records. You can go to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mncourts.gov\/access-case-records\/mcro\">Minnesota Court Records Online<\/a><\/span> to see if your court record has been expunged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-286bc32 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"286bc32\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ee7ecb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ee7ecb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><strong>IF YOU HAVE A CANNABIS FELONY<\/strong><br \/>The Cannabis Expungement Board will review eligible felonies and some misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases. There are approximately 98,000 cases to be reviewed.
