<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Supervision completed prior to March 2020 - Must be at least 75% in person. Up to 25% can be via telephone, audio, or two-way interactive audio and visual communications. This requirement cannot be waived.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Supervision completed from March 2020 through May 2021 - Emergency Executive Order 20-101 was in place, so there is no limit on the number of hours that can be completed via telephone, audio, or two-way interactive audio and visual communications. </span>All supervision hours completed through real-time two-way interactive communication that was both audio and visual count as in-person supervision hours.</li>

Your login information from the old online services site will not work. The Forgot Username/Password link will only work if you have registered on the new site. To register, you will click the Register to Access Site link on the Login page and then you will click on the tile titled Licensee. From there, you will follow the prompts to register. </li>
<li>Licensure applicants and licensees are not required to register on the site at this time. You can create an account now if you wish, but it is not required. </li>
<li>If you are not a licensure applicant or licensee of the Board, there is little value in registering on our site at this time. As we add more services, you can register to access the site. </li>
