Jack Rusinoff, MA, LP of Saint Paul, is a Masters Level Licensed Psychologist member. Mr. Rusinoff earned his BA in Psychology and Sociology from State University of New York in Potsdam, NY; and a Masters degree in Counseling & Student Personnel Psychology from University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Rusinoff is a Sex Offender Treatment Professional at Minnesota Department of Corrections. Mr. Rusinoff is appointed to a four-year term that expires January 6, 2020. Mr. Rusinoff serves on the Complaint Resolution Committee.
