Jessica Gourneau, Ph.D., LP of St. Paul, is a Doctoral Level Licensed Psychologist. Dr. Gourneau earned her master’s degree and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She is the Clinical Director at the American Indian Family Center and is a Doctoral Level Psychologist member for the Board of Psychology. Dr. Gourneau is appointed to a two-year term that expires January 7, 2019. Dr. Gourneau serves on the Complaint Resolution Committee and the Legislative Committee.
