Submitting Data to the MN PMP
The Minnesota Prescription Monitoring Program (MN PMP) provides an online site to upload prescription data. This site is called Clearinghouse. If you are new to reporting data to Minnesota, either CLICK: Create a NEW Data Submitter Account, or if you are already submitting to another state that uses Clearinghouse, CLICK: Clearinghouse Submitter Login and "add" Minnesota to your existing account. Required Reporting
Dispensers (pharmacies) licensed by the Board of Pharmacy must report daily, all MN schedule II-V controlled substances, butalbital and gabapentin prescriptions to the MN PMP when dispensed in or into the State. Click below for more information on important topics.
