The Board requires a $20 fee to provide verification of your Minnesota APRN license to another state. The $20 fee can be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Mail the fee along with the state form requiring the verification or written request for verification to the Board at our address: 1210 Northland Drive #120, Mendota Heights, MN 55120. Please ensure that the form or written request has your information, any requirements needed in the verification letter, and where it should be emailed or mailed too.
