Directions to Board Office
Location
Our Street Address is: 2829 University Ave. SE, Minneapolis, MN. We are located at the intersection of University Avenue and 29th Avenue SE. on the Minneapolis side (west) of Hwy. 280, about one mile east of TCF Bank Stadium. The building is a nine story tall, white office building with large, black windows, directly across the street from the Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel, and about one block to the west of the Prospect Park Fresh Thyme grocery store, directly adjacent to the Prospect Park Green Line light rail station.
There is a small visitors lot with accessible parking on the northeast corner of the building with entrance off 29th Avenue Southbound. The ramp connected to the building is not available to visitors, but there is a free surface parking lot located about one half block northwest of the building on 4th Street. The lot is located behind the US Post Office.
Metered and Lot Parking and Light Rail Train Access
Access to short-term and accessible parking can be gained on 29th Avenue, via either University Avenue or 4th Street (green route). Parking meters can be accessed on both sides of 4th Street from 25th Avenue to 30th Avenue (red route). In an emergency, access to the free parking lot (blue pointer on the intersection of the red and blue routes) can be gained by proceeding through the parking lot of the U Garden Restaurant. This route may be blocked due to construction (blue route). Access to the building by light rail train is suggested for visits lasting more than one hour, as surface and metered parking is limited and construction periodically blocks routes. Stadium Village Green Line light rail train can be accessed by parking in the Minnesota Lot on SE 4th Street (25th Ave. north, then left on SE 4th Street) or Gopher Lot. Trains departing to the Prospect Park Station (Eastbound toward St. Paul) leave every 15 minutes. A train pass may be purchased at the station platform. Due to construction and events, you may experience delays. Please plan your trip accordingly.
