Online Collaborative Agreement
Licensed hygienists in the State of Minnesota are encouraged to register their collaborative agreements with Minnesota Board of Dentistry. The Board desires to track all collaborative agreements since the inception of the statute in 2001. If a dental hygienist has more than one collaborative agreement, each one needs to register separately. Each collaborative agreement can only have one hygienist, one dentist, and effective in August 2017; dental assistants may also be included in the collaborative agreement. There is no fee and the process only takes a couple of minutes.
