All applicants for licensure must submit to a federal and state criminal background check (CBC). Once your application fees have been processed, you will receive the CBC packet in your email. The packet contains both instructions for completing your CBC and three consent forms. Since the CBC process may add up to four weeks to the licensure process, we strongly recommend initiating the CBC as soon as possible. The CBC Program, which manages all of the criminal background checks for our applicants, will inform us once the criminal background check study is complete. Add
