Per MN Rule 2500.2000, a Doctor of Chiropractic for reasons of illness or hardship, may apply to have their annual Continuing Education requirements waived or deferred. Applications should be submitted as early as possible in the year in which the waiver or deferment is being sought, but must be received prior to the deadline for license renewal. Approvals of a CE waiver or deferment in any given year, do not guarantee a waiver or deferment in any subsequent year. No deferment shall last more than 60 days. Documentation of the illness or hardship is required.
