    Effective September 1, 2021, the Board has moved to 335 Randolph Avenue, Suite 280, St. Paul Minnesota 55102. 

    Staff continue to work remotely most days. Please arrange your visit in advance. Without an appointment, the person you wish to see will likely not be present and you will not be granted access. 

    By Order of the Governor, the Board will again allow guests and in-person meetings beginning April 22, 2022. Board meetings will continue under a hybrid model with some members present while other members attend virtually.

    Located in the River Bend Business Park on Randolph Avenue just east of Sheppard Road. 

    As staff continue to work remotely most of the time, you must have an appointment with the responsible staff person or there may be no one here to meet you.

    Parking: There is limited visitor and handicapped parking on the west side of the building by the main entrance.  This is a new building that may not yet appear in some virtual maps.
