    End of Peacetime Emergency

    Minnesota Governor Tim Walz declared a peacetime emergency effective through July 1, 2021. At this time it is unknown if Governor Walz will extend the emergency declaration beyond that date.  
     
    On May 6, 2021, Governor Tim Walz signed Emergency Executive Order 21-21 rescinding Executive Orders 20-23, 20-28, and 20-101 effective May 28, 2021.  Normal Board licensure and regulation processes will resume on May 28, 2021. This includes fingerprinting for licensure, continuing education reporting, and compliance with in-person supervision requirements.  As of May 6, 2021, out-of-state telehealth registration applications will no longer be processed.
