John Doan is serving his first term on the Board. He is CEO and co-founder of Mobility 4 All, the personalized ride service for older adults. John has more than 20 years of public and private sector transportation experience and was a member of the Metropolitan Council from 2011 to 2013. John is a refugee from Vietnam and a veteran, having served as a Civil Engineer Corps officer in the US Navy. He is the primary caregiver for his mom who lost her vision late in life, married to his high school sweetheart and proud father of two college-aged young adults.
