Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+)
Provides managed health care and waiver services for older adults who are over 65 and on Medical Assistance (MA)
Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) are managed care options that combine separate health care programs and support systems into one package. Members are assigned a care coordinator who helps them get their health care and related support services.
Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) is a managed care option that covers all Medical Assistance health care and waiver servicers, and also Medicare services.
Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) is a managed care option that covers all Medical Assistance health care and waiver services but does not provide coverage for any Medicare services.
