This curriculum-based program prepares students for work by discussing topics such as workplace safety, employment soft skills and searching and interviewing for a job.

The Careers Program includes:
* Career training and job development
* Education credits and certificates
The Community Program is a life-long program including:
* Long term independent living
* Social and emotional healthy living
* Community engagement

* Only available for individuals who have completed the College Program
The College Program is a 3 year program including:
* Independent living
* Social and emotional healthy living
* Careers and electives
Requirements:
* Ages 18 - 26 years
* A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation within the past 36 months
* Some evidence of Kindergarten-12th Grade (K-12) completion
* Individualized Education Plan (IEP), evaluation and/or transition plan
The Summer Program is a week long program including:
* Career exploration
* Introduction to independent living
* Social skill building
* Ages 15 - 25 years
Workforce Readiness Program
* Ages 18 years and older
* 8 week long program
* Meets 10:00am- 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday
* Teaches professional skills such as communication, time management, teamwork, and resume building

This program empowers high school and transition program students who are disabled to:
* Transition from school to independent living and adult life
* Learn independent living skills for maximum community integration and participation
* Participate in driver permit test preparation classes
* Access available resources and options that assist with the transition process
Transition training sessions are scheduled within the student's school setting and/or their local communities. These sessions will occur in a small group format of no less than four students. The focus will be "hands on" practical skill training, information and resources.
