Eligibility
- Families must live in Columbia Heights, Fridley, Hilltop, Northeast Minneapolis, or Spring Lake Park.
- Clients who receive Holiday Toys from another organization or agency are NOT eligible for the Toy Giveaway.
- Applications must be submitted online between October 14 and December 1.
- Only apply for children for whom you have legal custody.

Application process
Registration for the toy giveaway opens in October.
Applications must be made online.
Applications are open till December 1, or until appointments are full.
