MORE INFORMATION Works to improve the health and wellness of the East African community in the United States by providing health education and outreach. Programs are working on these areas: * Disease prevention * Advocating and assisting families with resettlement and reunification, employment and housing * Assisting community members in finding healthcare insurance, both public and private * Providing human services to families, elderly, and youth * Educating youth about safety and crime prevention
