MORE INFORMATION Provides information, problem solving assistance and referrals for implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other related laws. Topics addressed include non-discrimination requirements in employment and the obligations of government and business to make programs and services accessible to and useable by people with disabilities. The Accessible Technology Initiative encourages incorporation of accessible information technology in Kindergarten-12th Grade (K-12) and post secondary school settings. Other types of professionals served include employers, local/state governments, architects and direct service providers.
