- 18 years of age or older
- Opiates are your primary drug
- Addicted to opiates for at least 12 consecutive months
- Currently pregnant
- Recently released from prison or incarceration and in jeopardy of relapse
- Previously treated clients up to 2 years after discharge
- Previously treated clients that are at risk for relapse
- Recently released from a chronic care facility and are at risk for relapse
