Eligibility

  • Individuals, ages 14 - 21
  • Live in the Twin Cities Metro area
  • Have a diagnosed mental illness with symptoms that interfere with everyday life and a need for high-intensity services
  • Have a health insurance plan that covers Youth Assertive Community Treatment Services.

Hours

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
