Fall prevention helps to reduce falls by older adults. Programs can include creating awareness of risk factors, educational classes, strength and balance exercises, or assessment of in-home risks and home safety education. MORE INFORMATION Falls and balance assessment:

• Complete standardized balance assessments
• Recommendations for adaptive equipment and environmental modification
• Recommendations for exercise or further therapy

All evaluations are completed by licensed physical and occupational therapists. Whenever possible, services are provided in the client's home.
