MORE INFORMATION Offers locally prepared, fresh, fully cooked, complete meal plans that can be delivered to your home or that can be picked up from one of several retail locations. * All meals are packaged in microwavable or oven-proof containers * There are 3 meal plans available: 1200 calories, 2000 calories, and 1500 calories vegetarian * Meals are for an individual, however, the larger portion size can be split among 2 people * There is a 5-week menu cycle for variety. They offer a 7-day, 4 day and 3 day plan Pick-up is available at locations in the Twin Cities metro area, or delivery is available statewide
