Eligibility

Applicant must meet income limits set for the state funded affordable units. Check with the property management for specific income limits. Individual properties may have additional eligibility requirements. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * Preference given to persons of Native American heritage, disabled households, and in some cases, households that have been homeless. * Documentation of both disability and homelessness will be required. * Rental, credit, and criminal court history as well as income eligibility * This housing facility accepts individuals with criminal histories reentering the general public population from a correctional facility. However, you must not have had a felony in the last 5 years.

This is a privately owned building that provides rental housing to income eligible households that is lower than the market rate rent for the area. This type of affordable housing assistance may have additional eligibility requirements. MORE INFORMATION Maynidoowahdak Odena (Place Where Ceremonies Happen), is a 14-unit housing complex, which includes aspects of tribal community living for individuals with disabilities, and their families. * Each resident works with the supportive housing services coordinator to develop a housing care advocacy plan to address issues that may impact their housing status.
