Emma Norton Services - Restoring Waters

Housing for people with low income that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION

• Emma Norton Residence provides congregate housing for up to 50 women formerly experiencing homelessness or individuals managing mental illness, chemical dependency, and/or a chronic health condition.

• Emma's Place is a townhome community for families with 3 or more children formerly experiencing homelessness with one or more members of the household having a mental illness, chemical dependency, and/or a chronic health condition.

• Restoring Waters provides housing for 60+ individuals and small families
