Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: For residents of Crow Wing County.

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Or download and print an application, and mail it to your local service provider: Applications can also be picked up from your local service provider, or Minnesota residents can obtain an application and more information by calling (800) 657-3710 or email: [email protected]

There is no fee.

Crow Wing County Supportive Housing program may also serve Morrison and Todd Counties in addition to Crow Wing.

  • Help paying energy bills
  • Help with utility disconnections or getting fuel delivered
  • Information on efficient and safe use of energy
  • Helping you work with your energy suppliers
  • Repairing or replacing a broken furnace or heating system, if you own your home
