Medication Therapy Management

DESCRIPTION: Comprehensive review of all current medicines by a licensed pharmacist to help get the most benefit for your health and lifestyle. Review includes all prescription medications, herbal supplements, and over-the-counter medicines to help you understand: * If you are taking only the medicines and amounts you need * How your medicines interact with each other * If all your medicines are safe and effective * If there are any lower-cost options Review will also answer questions and provide education on your medicines. MORE INFORMATION This is a free, student-run clinic for people with little or no insurance. Services include: * Medication review and pharmaceutical care Services are provided by health care students and are supervised by program faculty. Clinic hours include Monday - Thursday afternoons. The clinic operates during the school year, from September - April, and is closed during all college breaks.
