MORE INFORMATION Helps people to learn about finances and credit and provides counseling assistance for money management and budgeting. Financial counseling appointments are offered Monday - Friday. Financial education programs includes: * Money management * Consumer fraud protection * Budgeting * Debt management * Building good credit - Credit counseling * Financial literacy * Mortgage delinquency and foreclosure prevention
