The Supported Housing for Youth (SHY) Program helps homeless youth ages 16 - 24 by providing housing counseling and financial assistance. Each young person is paired with an Independent Living Counselor who acts as their mentor. The pair can meet in person as often as needed – usually weekly. Together, the pair develop goals and plans for the young person's life.
