Lutheran Social Service (LSS) administers two forms of pooled trusts depending on the funding source:
  • Special Needs - Self-Funded Trust
  • Supplemental Needs Trust - Third Party Funded Trust
Both preserve funds for people with disabilities or identified needs while protecting eligibility for public benefits, such as Medicaid or Social Security Income.
