Blue Earth and Nicollet counties True Transit also serves Le Sueur County

Application process

  • Door2Door: contact the VINE Transportation Department at (507) 387-1666 to discuss your needs. Requests for local rides must be made at least three business days in advance.
  • True Transit: (507) 388-8783. Rides must be booked by noon the day prior to the scheduled trip. Rides can also be booked on the website.

Fees

Clients pay via monthly donation on a sliding fee. Services are not denied if unable to pay. True Transit rides are $5.00 each way

Site Service Area

Blue Earth, Nicollet and Le Sueur counties Home-delivered meals service area is limited to Mankato, North Mankato, Skyline, Le Hillier, and Eagle Lake

Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Transportation is available locally and to medical appointments in Rochester, the Twin Cities and throughout the state. Transportation programs include:
  • Door2Door - Volunteer service for Mankato and North Mankato residents age 60+ who do not have access to public transportation for appointments or errands. Transportation to out-of-town medical appointments can be arranged. Limited weekend transportation is available for medical needs.
  • True Transit - Dial-A-Ride service for residents in Blue Earth, Le Sueur and Nicollet counties.
